How do I send my order to you ?

Package your transfers securely include your name & order details in your parcel. We recommend you use a tracked postal service. You will receive an email with all the postal details after ordering. The postal charge of sending your order to us is not included.

You can choose the Courier Collection option if you prefer. The Courier will collect from your Address and deliver direct to us. There is a charge for this extra service which you will add to your cart.

The Return Postage charge which is added to your cart is for the tracked return shipping of your order.

 

How long will my Transfer Order take ?

We will keep you updated with how your order is progressing and you will receive a fulfilment email when your order has been shipped. We aim to fulfil your order within 2-4 weeks, at busy times we will let you know if it will take a little longer.

 

I'm not sure what is on my Tapes, what if they are blank ?

We don't charge for any tapes that are blank or duplicate footage and will be refunded. 

 

I don't know what size my Reels are ?

We have information on how to measure your Reels. Check out the Latest Posts for help with this.

 

Can I drop off my order to you ?

Yes you can, we offer a local drop off and collection by Appointment.
